Cheese

Milton Creamery is owned and operated by the Musser family of Milton, Iowa. This Mennonite family uses milk from Amish farms in the Milton area to produce there cheeses. They are known for their line of Prairie cheeses, such as Rose and Breeze. The Prairie Breeze is a multiple award winner and has even achieved a gold at the World Cheese Awards in 2010.
