Our olive oils and balsamic vinegars come from the Olive Mill. The Olive Mill takes pride in ensuring that their products come directly from the growers, no matter where that may be in the world. Olives are like grapes, and their flavor comes from where they are grown. The balsamic vinegars only come from Modena, Italy, the only place true balsamic vinegars can come from due to strict regulations.

Butter/margarine = olive oil

1 teaspoon = ¾ teaspoon
1 tablespoon = 2 ¼ teaspoons
2 tablespoons = 1 ½ tablespoons
¼ c. = 3 tablespoons
1/3 c. = ¼ cup
½ c.= ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons
2/3 c. = ½ cup
¾ c.= ½ cup + 1 tablespoon
