Cheese

Milton Creamery is owned and operated by the Musser family of Milton, Iowa. This Mennonite family uses milk from Amish farms in the Milton area to produce there cheeses. They are known for their line of Prairie Breeze cheese. Prairie Breeze is a multiple award winner and has even achieved a gold at the World Cheese Awards in 2010. In the August 2012 issue of Cook's Illustrated, Prairie Breeze was named top American cheddar cheese. Click on certain cheeses below for recipie ideas and descriptions.
